The Law Society of England and Wales
Introduction to the Common Law
The course seeks to provide an introduction to the common law and is particularly aimed at corporate lawyers from non-common law jurisdictions. The use of the ‘common law’ refers to those legal systems which have adopted the historic English legal system.

MsC in Finance and Financial Law
The rapid and wide-ranging changes occurring in financial markets around the world and in the legal and regulatory environment in which they operate has created a demand for professionals with expertise in both finance and financial law.
